FAQs
- Who is an ideal candidate for CoolTone®?
- Good candidates for CoolTone® are individuals, both men and women, who are in good health, close to their target body weight, and seeking enhancement in the tone, firmness, and strength of muscles in the thighs, buttocks, and abdomen.
- Will CoolTone® lead to weight loss?
While some patients may experience minimal weight loss post-CoolTone treatment, it’s crucial to note that CoolTone is not designed as an effective weight loss solution. If your primary goal is fat reduction, CoolSculpting® may be a more suitable option.
- Does CoolTone® require downtime?
No downtime is needed for CoolTone®. The procedure does not involve any penetration of the skin, allowing you to resume your normal activities immediately after your session.
- Does a CoolTone® procedure hurt?
No, CoolTone® is not painful. Our experienced technicians can tailor the strength of the muscle contractions to align with your comfort level and specific goals. If you’re prepared to progress to higher intensities, our trained technicians will make the necessary adjustments.
- When will I see results?
Results from CoolTone® treatments typically become visible after one month of consistent sessions, although individual outcomes may vary.
- Who is not a suitable candidate for CoolTone®?
CoolTone® is not suitable for individuals experiencing the following conditions:
- Pregnancy
- Lactating
- Presence of a copper IUD (Gold or titanium implants are acceptable)
- Epilepsy
- Seizures
- Less than 3 months postpartum
- Varicose veins
If you have recently received injections of Ozempic or insulin, the technician will avoid treating the same area to prevent potential irritation. Additionally, areas with tattoos created using metallic ink will not be treated to ensure optimal safety.
- Is there a charge for the consultation?
Our consultations are free! An in-person consultation is the best way to determine if CoolTone® is the right treatment for you. You can book a consultation with us here.
