Comprehensive Health Assessment

This detailed physical assessment determines your current physical health and highlights areas that require further exploration. A deep dive into your personal and family medical history provides insight into genetic predispositions and flags to further explore.

Receive support with virtual and in-person check-ins (with a Nurse or Doctor). Our goal is to help you incorporate healthy habits into your regular routines without having to drastically alter your lifestyle. We understand that regular support is necessary to overcome barriers and enforce accountability.

Sleep Quality

We understand how poor quality of sleep is associated with increased oxidative stress, glucose intolerance (precursor to diabetes) and insulin resistance. This assessment allows us to rule out or receive further care for any sleep disorders.

Weight Monitoring

Your nurse will help you stay on track with your weight goals through scheduled virtual weigh-ins. With your consent, we will provide you with a smart scale so your weight can be made visible to us during each weigh-in! By doing so, we will be able to help enforce accountability and address any concerns you may have.

Nutrition Plan

You will receive a personalized nutrition plan based on your individual dietary needs and weight goals. Our program dives deeper into the role that factors such as genetics and behavioral habits play when it comes to weight management. Our registered dietician will teach you how to properly interpret nutritional information, eliminate overeating, and make meals that are both healthy and sustainable.

Body Mechanics

The Personalized Movement Plan is time with a Registered Physiotherapist or Chiropractor. You will learn how to successfully treat existing aches and pains that may be limiting the amount of physical activity you are able to perform each day. Our team will also work with you to create a personalized plan to help address sore and tired muscles so you can increase performance and reduce the risk of injury.
