Regular Priced Treatments
Refund requests may be made within 14 days of purchase.
Approved refunds are based on the actual amount paid after any vouchers, credits or discounts have been applied. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, clinic credit will be issued instead. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Regular Priced Treatments
Valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.
Member Priced Treatments
Valid for 18 months from the original purchase date.
Treatment validity is based on the original purchase date.
Promotional and sale purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
Eligible purchases may be exchanged for clinic credit based on the actual amount paid after vouchers, credits or discounts have been applied.
For treatment or service credit:
Non-Members: Valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.
Members: Valid for 18 months from the original purchase date.
Any specific promotional terms provided at the time of purchase will also apply.
In-Clinic Purchases
Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Online Purchases
Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of shipment.
Products must be unopened, unused and returned in their original condition with applicable labels and packaging.
Opened or used products are non-refundable.
In the event of an allergic reaction, clinic credit may be considered at management’s discretion. Supporting documentation or evidence may be requested.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ noticewhen cancelling or rescheduling a pre-paid appointment.
Late Cancellation A $100 fee applies when a pre-paid service is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
No-Show A $150 fee applies when an appointment is missed without prior notice.
In limited circumstances, clinic credit, gift cards, services or vouchers may be transferred to another individual.
Transfers may be considered if a client:
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing, include supporting documentation where applicable, and are subject to approval.
Gift cards, vouchers, clinic credit and promotional credit are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Dollar-Value Credit
Gift cards, vouchers or clinic credit purchased for a specific dollar amount and not associated with a discounted treatment do not expire.
Treatment-Based Credit Gift cards, vouchers or clinic credit associated with a specific discounted treatment are valid for:
