Customer Care Assurance

At Vancouver Laser & Skin Care Centre, we strive to maintain a fair and accommodating refund and cancellation policy to ensure your satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or appointment cancellation is necessary, and we’re here to assist you through the process.

 

Refund Conditions:

  • Treatment Purchase: All unused treatments purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The refunded amount will be based on the original price after any loyalty points, credits, or birthday discounts are applied.
  • Discounted/Promotional Treatments: As per our policy, any unused treatments or credits purchased at a discounted rate are considered non-refundable. Treatments purchased at a discounted rate will expire in 12 months for non-members and in 18 months for members.
  • Product Purchase: Refunds for purchases will be granted to the original payment method within a 30-day window from the date of purchase. The refunded amount will be based on the purchased price after any loyalty points, credits, or birthday discounts are applied.  Products eligible for refund must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by all labels and packaging intact. If the product has been used we cannot issue a refund. Any exemplary reasons can be issued only as a credit on file. 
  • Online Product Purchase: Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from the shipment date in order to be considered valid.Products eligible for refund must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by all labels and packaging intact. If the product has been used we cannot issue a refund. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping fees incurred from returns. Customers have the option to return items in-store to avoid shipping fees.
  • Gift Card (Clinic Credit) Purchase: The value loaded onto the card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please note that certain gift cards are exclusively valid at designated locations, during specified timeframes, or for specific services or store branches. In the event of loss or misplacement of a gift card, it may be challenging to recover the funds. Therefore, it is imperative to store them securely to prevent any loss.
  • Injectable credits will have an expiration date. Gift cards purchased at their original, non-discounted value will not expire. However, gift cards purchased at a discounted rate will expire in 12 months for non-members and in 18 months for members.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • The refunded amount will be based on the purchased price after any loyalty points, credits, or birthday discounts are applied.  
  • Shipping and handling charges are generally not refunded unless otherwise specified in our terms and conditions.

Our Approach

We believe in fostering a positive and respectful relationship with our customers. In the event of suspected abuse of our refund policy, we will handle the situation with care. Our aim is to resolve any concerns or issues you may have while upholding the integrity of our policies.

Abuse of Refunds

While we aim to accommodate your needs, we kindly request that refunds are not abused. Examples of refund abuse include:

  1. Excessive Refund Requests: Multiple refund requests without valid reasons.
  2. Intentional Misuse: Deliberate exploitation of our refund policy for personal gain.
  3. Unauthorized Returns: Returning items that do not meet our return criteria outlined in our terms and conditions.

Late Cancellations and No Shows

At Vancouver Laser & Skin Care Centre, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and accommodate everyone’s scheduling needs, we have implemented a clear policy regarding late cancellations and no shows. This policy helps us maintain the highest level of care and respect for both our clients and staff.

Late Cancellations
If a patient cancels during the 3rd confirmation attempt or on the same day as their appointment a $100 fee will be charged.
No Show
If a patient does not show up for their appointment a $150 fee will be charged.
